On Purpose: a Yearly Planning Workbook

Every year, there’s something that magical happens. There’s a moment near the end of the year where the fresh start becomes a bright light at the end of the tunnel: this may be hard right now, but next year, it will all be different. There’s power in imagining a different future, but so often, those goals are based in the fantasy version of what the future might look like. Or the resolutions themselves are so rigid that we can only keep them for a few days, or a few weeks, before life happens and we’re off course. So many of us have resolutions, goals, dreams, and habit that simply don’t survive the waves of life. What if there was a different way?

What if you instead imagined that rather than making changes to be a new version of yourself in the new year, you thought about yourself continuing into the new year, but maybe in a new direction. Not a restart or a reboot, but a next chapter. When you honor what came before, you don’t have to work so hard to ignore it, and you can even use it as a foundation for more sustainable change. By getting clear on what worked, what didn’t, and what we want in the future, we can set goals that actually motivate us (rather than shame or scare us) and create a plan full of the habits, routines, and steps we need to take to achieve those goals.

This is a 60+ page digital workbook with space to:

  • space to reflect on the year that’s gone, all the things you did, and all that you accomplished when the world turned upside down

  • space to dream about the year that’s coming next, and the way you want to feel when you do the things you need and want to do

  • worksheets to check in seasonally, and honor the changes in the world and yourself more frequently

  • prompts to help you set goals that keep your whole, human self in mind

  • monthly planning and reflection sheets to take those goals and make them actionable on a weekly and daily basis
